SHIPPING - We do our best to ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt. Expedited (UPS 1-Day, 2-Day or 3-Day) orders must be received (submitted) no later than 2 PM PST - to be shipped same day. Expedited orders received after 2 PM PST will ship the next business day. Please note, expedited orders received after 2 PM on Friday will ship the following Monday. Anticipate shipping delays during holiday periods. CREDIT CARD SECURTIY - When you make a payment on our web site, the credit card number and expiration date are encrypted before they are transferred over the internet.  Your credit card is never transferred to or by Hypnotic Designs in an email or fax, only through "https" encrypted web pages. If you would prefer to make a purchase by telephone, please call 707-845-1989 between 8 AM - 5 PM PST, Monday - Friday and we'll be glad to help you.  We do not charge your credit card until the day your product ships.

WARRANTY - All Hypnotic Designs products are fully warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship. Products found defective, will be repaired or replaced, at our option. The manufacturer shall be liable only for the replacement and installation of any parts that fail due to a manufacturing defect. Repairs required due to normal wear and tear, accident, improper care, negligence, or other causes will be made for a reasonable charge. All products must be returned clean.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES - Unused garments, with tags still attached, may be returned for refund (credit given for original purchase price, less shipping) or size exchange. Make arrangements with Hypnotic prior to sending back any garment. Thank you.
